“Would later school start times perk up sleeping students?”
Research teams in the United States have been looking into whether or not school times should be modified to start after 8:30 a.m. to help students get enough sleep.
Approximately 50% of the parents surveyed were in favour of a later start time. Our adolescent students tend to perform better with a later start time as it enables them to get enough hours of sleep.
