Alessandra holds her Bachelor of Education in Kindergarten and Elementary Studies from McGill University, and her Bachelor of Arts in Joint Specialization in Sociology and Anthropology from Concordia University. She was awarded the Adele Rocklin Prize in Education, which recognizes outstanding academic achievements over the course of the school year.
She has worked at the Summit School, Carlyle Elementary, Springdale Elementary and the McKay Center where she designed lessons that were adaptable to the needs of the students. She has taught language arts, math, social studies and art.
She has worked as a private tutor for students in grades one to six in mastering language arts, math, science and French as a second language.
She currently tutors students in grade 6 and grade 7, including those with learning disabilities.
Alessandra puts her personal spin on everything she does by breaking down concepts using games and fun activities. She is fully bilingual.
