Hard work and determination are key elements in achieving learning goals and apply to all aspects of life, such as school and work. It is important for students to be encouraged that the more they work at something, the better they will become. Challenges offer opportunities to learn. She feels that a collaborative learning environment, with both students and teachers as active parti cipants in the learning process, promotes overall student success and achievement.
