Harris has a BS in mathematics and an MS in physics from the University of New Orleans. He was born and raised in Honduras and is currently teaching math and accounting at an independent high school in Toronto. While he has many passions, including stand-up comedy and solar powered electronic devices, teaching is also one of them. He discovered he was good at teaching after having organized numerous STEM outreach programs during graduate school and volunteering at for the American Association of Physics Teachers. The motto he tells his students is that when in doubt, write it out, go work-out, and you'll figure it out. The main reason he teaches his students the laws of physics is so that they can break the laws properly in order for them to create something from nothing in their personal lives.
