I have worked for the Toronto District School Board as a Special Needs Assistant/Educational Assistant/Noon-Hour (Developmental Disability) Assistant for five years. For the past year, I have been working at the Oxford Learning Centre as an English, and French language teacher. I am really passionate about teaching, and learning. I am a life-long learner, and I strive for knowledge, and wisdom. I hope to pursue a Masters degree in Education some day. I am ambitious, determined, organized, reliable, flexible, creative, patient, and always eager to adapt to new situations.
I have one daughter, she just turned three on Valentine's Day, and her name is Emma. Motherhood has made me an even better teacher, I'd say. I have a passion for languages, travel, psychology, hiking, photography, and art. I have been learning Spanish for the past five years.
It is my pleasure to work for Prep Academy Tutors, and earn further valuable experience in the field of education. I am excited to be on board as an enthusiastic, dedicated and positive member of your team, and to work collaboratively with all parties involved to ensure high student success.
