He then worked in the Biotechnology/Pharma industry as a Director of Scientific Operations & Medical Communications. During this time, Jason developed a love for teaching through tutoring and mentoring students, and colleagues and in 2014 he decided to focus on teaching as a full-time career. Jason strives to instil the same excitement and love for the sciences in all his students by relating curricula to real-world examples and personal stories while working with the strengths of students to develop individualized lessons.
