Jennifer graduated from the Ontario Institute for Studies in Education, University of Toronto with a 4.0 GPA. She is an Ontario Certified teacher qualified to teach students in kindergarten through grade 6. Jennifer is currently teaching kindergarten and grade 1 at the BEN Schoolhouse, a primary/junior private alternative school in Toronto.
Jennifer obtained her undergraduate degree, a Combined Honours Bachelor of Arts, in English and études françaises from Glendon College, York University before going on to complete her Masters of Linguistics at York University.
Jennifer has taught literacy skills to a variety of students from kindergarten to the university level. When working with her primary/junior students she focuses her lessons on reading, comprehension and writing skills. She equips her high school and university students with writing strategies to help them produce clear and concise written work.
