Senior French Tutor
Lana has been involved in teaching her whole life, whether it be as a gymnastics coach, a mentor, a tour guide and a public educator. She has always had an affinity for education, fulfilling this role in volunteer and paid positions. Prior to attending law school, Lana studied at York University where she majored in Psychology and Communications studies for three years. At Ottawa University, during law school, she specialized in criminal and social justice law. After graduation, she was called to the bar and worked as a barrister for five years.
As a native french speaker, Lana seeks the opportunity to teach and spread the joy of the french language.
Lana’s expertise are french, law, social justice, writing and communication. Her goal is to make learning accessible, fun and relevant for everyone.
