About:Mobolaji - whose moniker Beejay is how she is mostly called - is a passionate, dedicated educator who believes in providing the best instructional experience that opens up desires and avenues for life-long learning. She is enrolled at York University, where she has completed a Bachelors of Education at the Intermediate/Senior level for English and Social Sciences. She is currently completing a degree in Autism and Behavioural Science.
Drawing on her own diverse educational background, Beejay believes in helping each student find and define his or her own strongest learning skills and styles and to use this knowledge to push back boundaries, real or imagined that might be restricting the student’s progress. She is constantly smiling and it is not uncommon to find her using humour to break ice, help a student wind down or illustrate the importance of ‘seeing the funny in our mistakes’.
Beejay has worked with students of different grades and is very confident of her ability to adjust learning strategies to suit students of different age groups and learning levels. In addition to her teaching and tutoring skills, Beejay brings with her mentoring competence – gathered along the way during her teaching and tutoring journey.
Beejay looks forward to meeting your family and enriching your child’s educational path to success.
