Mohamed currently studies at McGill University in the Masters in Teaching
and Learning program with a focus in the social sciences. He recently
graduated from the University of Western Ontario with a Bachelor of Arts
degree in history and criminology. As an educator who is highly motivated
and committed towards the betterment of his students' learning, he
has worked wonders as a learning disabilities specialist.
Mohamed currently substitutes at the English Montreal School Board and previously worked as a student-teacher during his program at McGill, where he engaged with students of various disabilities and needs, working on their personal goals both inside and outside of the classroom.
Mohamed has traveled to Spain where he worked as a camp counselor and taught English to ESL students in a classroom setting. He has also volunteered with the John Howard Society of London, where he monitored an after-school day camp.
His systematic approach makes him a hit with the students.
