I grew up in Germany where I started my education with kindergarten, then continued with elementary and high school. I studied English and Chemistry at TU Dortmund University in Germany. Due to the study abroad program, I have made the decision to finish my English degree in London, United Kingdom. My decision to study abroad meant focusing on a lot of reflections on my own abilities and potentials. My former studies at Roehampton University gave me the chance of a valuable insight into English Linguistics, Language and English Literature and.
After I finished my Master in Education at Goldsmiths University, I started
to work in Special Needs School in the United Kingdom and then I also
worked in the Elementary school for a year. I love working with children
and supporting them to reach their potentials. I am also passionate about
languages; I can speak Tamil, German, English and French. I teach German
for bilingual SK children at German Saturday school in Richmond Hill.
I completed the Teacher training program, Primary and Junior division and will be graduating from OISE, University of Toronto this June.
Currently I am working as an English Kindergarten Teacher at the German International school in Toronto. My teaching philosophy is to teach with fun, to focus on differentiated learning and to support individual needs.
