In 2015, Viviane graduated from The University of Toronto with a Bachelor of Arts, majoring in Cognitive Science and Philosophy. Recently she has returned to her studies and is currently completing her Bachelor of Education at The University of Niagara with a specialization in Primary/Junior education.
Throughout her academic career Viviane has volunteered in many dual track elementary schools. She was part of the Tutors in the Classroom program offered through The York Region District School Board. This program provided the opportunity to work with English Language Learners, gifted, and identified students; as well as students in a regular classroom setting individually and in groups. She worked closely with ADHD identified students and provided effective problem solving tools for these students. She has worked with The Big Brothers and Big Sisters of Toronto in their In School Mentoring Program where she took part in weekly hour long meetings with her little sister and provided positive academic and personal support. She currently helps out in a Grade 1 French Immersion classroom where she works with individuals that required extra assistance.
In her spare time Viviane likes to be active. She is a big sports fan and has coached basketball and volleyball teams at the high school level. She also spends time outdoors with her Labradoole puppy Murphy. Throughout her life Viviane has been passionate about seeing children succeed and continues to grow her knowledge to better help children reach their potential.
