Senior English Teacher and Early Literacy Specialist
Zach graduated with a BA in English Literature and Political Science from York University in 2014. He subsequently went on to complete a MA in English Language and Literature at Carleton University in 2015. Zach is currently taking a handful of Neurology and Physiology classes at York in preparation for a MHSc degree in Speech Language Pathology.
Zach has experience tutoring students at all age and aptitude levels. He provided guidance to undergraduate students as a TA during grad school at Carleton. Since his most recent graduation, Zach has worked as a private tutor of students aged 12-17. Zach has recently begun teaching basic reading skills to children aged 7-12. He principally works with children with learning or developmental disabilities in order to build their confidence and boost their reading ability.
When he's not working, Zach enjoys recreational reading, exercise, and binge watching entire television series in a single sitting.
